The Director

JCB SECURITY Ltd was established in 2006 by Doug Hinckley.

Doug served as a Police Officer with Surrey Police before leaving to become an Officer in the British Army. During this time he served in a front line combat unit with command of men on operational engagements as well as establishing himself as an Urban Warfare and Security Instructor.

He has also worked in the Private Security arena in countries as far afield as Uganda.

Doug is a very keen horseman and has been closely involved with Equestrian and Event Security since 1995.

The QuarterMaster

Mark Seymour reached the top of his field in the Army, reaching the rank of Warrant Officer in a front line Infantry Regiment.

He has also served as a Security Consultant for BAE Systems in the Middle East, prior to joining JCB Security
